Processing Your Order

At Roll The Dice, we are committed to delivering your products in the fastest and most efficient manner. Once an order is placed, it undergoes processing within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For delivery within India, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of ₹1,499 or more qualify for automatic free shipping within India. Estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 7 days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Roll The Dice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Roll The Dice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to selected international destinations, subject to product availability and the destination options displayed at checkout. International shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
